It looks as if I'm going to be able to put on my first professional production at a small theatre in Vienna at the end of January - the budget is tiny, but I might as well get used to that ;-) I'm doing a slightly tinkered-with version of Schnitzler's La Ronde, which is a wonderfully funny play about the power of hormones, and how we'll go to any lengths to get a shag (and then lie to ourselves afterwards in an affort to maintain our self-image as Good People). I am, of course, incredibly excited about this, but it looks as if I'm going to be spending even less time on lj than usual as from, well, tonight I guess, not least because I also have my first full-length production for the Reinhard Seminar coming up in May. I need to get my head down and start work now, and should be coming up for air very briefly in February before plunging in again. I will, however, continue to lurk whenever I get the chance, so if you don't hear from me, it doesn't mean I'm not there :-)
